Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Ensure that all public spaces and restrooms are clean and presentable as to standard.
·  Greet and assist with guest’s needs, providing direction and instruction as requested.
·  Communicating any defects for other departments such as Engineering to address.
·  Following all proper safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe facility.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  1-4 years in Housekeeping or related area
·  Knowledge of the function and department processes.
·  Understand and communicate to guests and colleagues in English
·  Basic knowledge of technology use (computer, mobile device, two-way radio)
