Job Description

We are currently looking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our Concierge team. As a porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and safe environment, ensuring our guests have memorable experiences throughout their stay.

Key duties include:

·  Be present at the Concierge desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested
·  Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
·  Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage in an efficient and timely manner
·  Assist guest with all enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information to guests about Hotel facilities and nearby attractions
·  Communicate with other departments to ensure relevant information is communicated between departments
·  Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests

Qualifications

Skills and experience

·  Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment
·  Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including ability to build rapport both in person and over the telephone
·  Self-motivated with positive and professional attitude
·  Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
·  Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays periods
