Job Description

Are you a passionate foodie who is not afraid of thinking outside the box? Then, we have the job for you! As a Pool & Bar Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.

What you will be doing:

·  Assists F&B Manager to oversee the operations and lead the team to ensure flawless guest experience.
·  Checks outlet’s cleanliness to ensure that it complies with health, safety and hygiene policy 
·  Follows the current trends and animates them into pool activities.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Remote island-based work experience is preferred.
·  Proficient in English.
·  Strong ability to handle high-volume pool and bar outlet and other assigned projects.
·  Strong F&B knowledge and ability to upsell high-volume poolside a la carte restaurant.
·  Excellent leadership and communication skills, flexible working hours ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
·  Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
·  Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
