Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: 

As a PMO, you will support the SVP and executive team to enhance efficiency in time management, information dissemination, and decision-making processes. You will foster leadership team dynamics, facilitate communication across teams, and build engagement. You will lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects, acting as a transversal facilitator at all hierarchical levels. This position reports directly to the SVP.

Your mission: 

·  Collaborate with the SVP and Executive Team on strategy, roadmap, and OKRs.
·  Ensure SVP’s priorities are effectively communicated and applied.
·  Prepare interventions for the SVP (committees, townhalls, conferences).
·  Ensure seamless communication and execution of strategies across functions.
·  Lead and support global projects and CC governance.
·  Facilitate department direction committees and oversee internal communication.
·  Drive team engagement through meetings, offsites, and events.

Qualifications

And you? 

·  Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
·  Excellent level of English, additional languages are a plus.
·  Excellent communication and engagement skills, written and verbal.
·  Strong project management and coordination skills.
·  Strong numerical and analytical skills.
·  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
·  Proficient in creating high-level presentations and reports.
·  Experience in driving team engagement and overseeing communications.
