Key tasks

The responsibility of the position includes;

• Good knowledge on water, drainage & sewage network –
• Able to study blueprints of pipes, drainage systems, and other water related features.
• Have an excellent knowledge in operation, maintenance, repair & trouble shoot on Water circulating pumps, swimming pool system, Jacuzzi, filtration system, Grey water system, grease trap, chemical dosing
• Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building
• Installs heating and air-conditioning systems, including water heaters
• Writes report documenting the problem and summary of actions taken
• Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts
