Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
Planning & Organizing:
· Recommends improvements in methods, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction.
Operations:
· Displays good teamwork attitudes while working in a team for major Preventive Maintenance repairs or service works
· Be willing to train and instruct other members of the staff by passing along knowledge and skills.
· Creates an atmosphere of tranquility amongst the team.
· Complete the daily checklists as required.
· Executes all plumbing and associated works to the highest professional standards
· Performs the assigned tasks ensuring their implementation while working independently.
· Acts on issues and concerns in the plumbing field immediately.
· Control the stock and other items in his workshop and order more as required.
· To have a complete understanding of and to adhere to Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
· Follow the grooming standards and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition all the times
· Be aware of the a la carte services available to residents and skillfully up sell them as a preferred supplier
· Attend departmental briefings
· Work with PPR plumbing
· Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of the hotel.
· Analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly with a high degree of quality.
· To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Administration:
· Perform as per OSM Standards, and in line with the Company’s Values and Core Behaviour.
· To attend training classes as per schedule.
· Shows fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
