Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a People & Culture Executive in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to support our growing organization in all aspects of human resources management. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and ensuring a positive employee experience.

·  Champion our company culture and values, leading by example to create a positive work environment
·  Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires
·  Prepare and process employment contracts, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
·  Manage employee data and maintain accurate records in our HR information system
·  Organize and coordinate employee events and initiatives that reinforce our brand values
·  Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
·  Handle employee inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
·  Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting and reviews
·  Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related needs
·  Contribute to the development of employee engagement and retention strategies
·  Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations
·  Assist in coordinating training and development programs for employees

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
·  Minimum of 24 months experience in an HR Administrator or Coordinator role
·  Sound understanding of employment relations and demonstrated ability to handle related matters
·  Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
·  Fluency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
·  Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
·  Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
·  Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
·  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
·  Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
·  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
·  Goal-oriented with a track record of successfully leading independent projects
·  Strong customer service orientation and commitment to employee satisfaction
·  Ability to inspire and motivate others with a positive attitude and vision for the organization
