Job Description

·  Operates and maintains all department equipment and reports malfunctions
·  Assists Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef with kitchen operations
·  Purchases appropriate supplies and manage inventories according to budget

Qualifications

·  At least 3-5 years of working experience in the same industry
·  Good leadership and management skills
·  Can work in a fast phase working environment
·  Working with minimal supervision
