Job Description

·  Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, ensuring the Raffles brand positioning, personality, service culture and values are personified at all times.  
·  Responsible for repairs and maintenance of all hotel equipment and systems as directed by the needs of the guests and employees.
·  Perform the Overnight Shift Engineer's check list daily and report any abnormalities.
·  Troubleshoot and repair most mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC related systems. 

Qualifications

·   2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related building environment preferred
·  Building engineering/maintenance experience required 
·  Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC experience preferred
·  Vocational/technical training or apprenticeship preferred
