Job Description
· Supporting the business within a growing region
· Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
· Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business
· Continually look to develop your teams through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment

· Achieve business critical KPI's including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance
Qualifications
· Minimum 3years experience as Manager/Director of Rooms Department.
· Working permission
· Language skill both Japanese and English fluently
· Understanding PMS
· Strong understanding of managing site-level managers and client relationships
· Passion for exceptional customer service
· Excellent leadership skills, with ability to mentor, train, and support teams
· Financial acumen, including budget management and commercial performance
· Outstanding communication and influencing skills
· Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
· Meticulous organisational abilities with high attention to detail
· Strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills
