Job Description

Nurse - Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba

Under the guidance and supervision of the Line Manager, his/her responsibilities are to provide efficient, personalized, courteous and punctual service, as per operations standard procedures.

What you will be doing:

·  Being a team player in assisting the Housekeeping Attendants to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficiently
·  Offer professional, friendly and engaging service to all guests and responding timely to any special requests
·  Organize and maintain inventory

 

Your experience and skills include:

·  Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience an asset
·  Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimum supervision
·  Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming

Your team and working environment:

·  Fulfils working duty according the respective job description
·  Provides personalised service within the limits of the established job specifications
·  Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities
·  Respects house rules and the culture of the host country
·  Maintains an excellent team spirit and relationship with all associates, regardless of department or levels
·  Shares knowledge and revenant information that can help improving guest handling and service standards
