We are looking for a Night Supervisor to join our team at Novotel London City South

MISSION

As a Night Supervisor you will ensure our guests have a comfortable and safe stay at night time, always with a warm smile and warm welcome that gets their stay off to a great start.
You will coordinate a team of 2 night auditors, you will report to the Front office Manager and ensure all procedures are followed.
At Novotel you'll have the freedom to take initiative, a natural leader who trains and supervises the night auditors, and all team going above and beyond to make each guest's stay individual and memorable. You will be the port call for guests at night, finding responses to our guest requests with a pro-active approach and initiative in a relaxed but professional manner.
Above all, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a friendly and ambitious team, someone who will enjoy learning and a people person..
