Job Description

We have a superb opportunity for a Night Receptionist to join our team. The role is a 16 Hour contract (Friday and Saturday - 11pm - 7am). The main duties include:

·  Checking in late arrivals.
·  Welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner.
·  Ensuring that the building and guests is secure.
·  Adhere to fire safety compliance protocols.
·  End of day paperwork/computer work.
·  Maintain the Reception and communal areas.
·  Breakfast bag preparation.
·  Ad hoc duties as required.  

Qualifications

You will need to be reliable, enjoy night shifts and be able to work unsupervised. A self assured and calm manner with excellent communication skills is essential.  Previous experience in a Hotel environment would be preferential, although full training will be provided.
