Key tasks
Customer Relations
* Provides a warm and personalized welcome to all guests
* Anticipates guests needs and takes them into consideration
* Handles any guest complaints , feedback
* Conveys the hotel image
Professional Techniques/Production
* Maintain arrival/departure process
* Handle phone calls /reservations
* Follow up with guest requests(wake up calls/taxi booking etc.,)

Commercial/Sales
* Promotes the hotel range of services in order to increase sales
* Applies and actively supports the hotel pricing policy
* Encourages customer loyalty by promoting the brand programme(Le Club)
Management and Administration
* Respect the procedures governing invoicing and cash operations
* Is responsible for reception cash holdings
* Establishes the closing and night activity reports for hotel management
