This is a very hand on role. Your shift will include cleaning tasks in all public areas while driving the successful implementation of ALLSAFE; preparing and serving room service orders; assist F&B during peak service periods; handle small maintenance repairs while maintenance department is off-duty; assisting the Night Manager/Auditor with checking in/out guests; handling guests requests; assist with the hotel daily reconciliation and reporting; handle guest luggage storage and lost property request; and monitor the hotel security.
•Previous customer service experience is desired
•Confident computer user including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
•Friendly and Polite manner over the phone.
•Knowledge of Opera advantageous but not essential
•Excellent English Communication skills both verbal and written.
