Job Description
Reporting to the Concierge Leadership, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
· Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
· Delivery of Food and Beverage orders
· Co-ordinate and work with Front Office and Housekeeping Departments
· Provide parking assistance upon arrival and departure of guest vehicles
· Provide the guest with detailed parking fees and clear explanation of valet benefits
· Work with the overnight Manager on duty
· Luggage handling
· Pick-up laundry and doorknob menus
· Meet all guest needs in a pleasant, efficient and professional manner
· Duties include: Shoeshine, In-Room Dining orders and Bell Services
Qualifications
· Previous guest service and food & beverage experience required
· Excellent communication skills in both official languages
· Proven guest service excellence
· Smart Serve Certification required
· Valid Driver’s License with no infractions
Additional Information
· Constant standing and walking throughout shift
· Physical ability to operate a vehicle (foot pedals, gear shift, steering wheel, etc.)
· Frequent bending and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
