New Gen Leaders is an Accor fast track Talent Development Program designed to develop high potential young graduates to become a team leader (supervisory role) in Food & Beverage OR Rooms Division.

Program information:
- 18 months program, focusing in hotel's operations.
- Available departments: Food & Beverage & Rooms Division
