Job Description

·  Assist the Duty Engineer in the day to day activities of the operations and maintenance / repair of all engineering related plants, equipment, building services, general installations work carried out by the Engineering Department.
·  Ensure to maintain quality of work in order to meet the prescribed standards
·  Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
·  Ensure to handle and maintain all equipment as per the standards.
·  Perform work required for the repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems for the property.
·  To abide by the mission statement of the Company and of the department.
·  Ensure to possess a thorough knowledge of electrical system of the property, the circuits, present loads and possible limits of new loads and adhere to the set standards

Qualifications

·  1 to 2 years of prior experience.
·  Diploma / Relevant degree.
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
·  Ability to enhance organizational performance, clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.
·  Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge. 
·  Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
