Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, your essential duties will include:
· Consistently offer professional, warm, and engaging service
· Participate in the creation, implementation, and facilitation of the hotel's training plan and its budget, aligned with the property's strategic goals and objectives
· Conduct an annual training needs analysis and collaborate with department heads to identify development opportunities for their teams
· Define learning priorities (onboarding, technical skills, soft skills, management, etc.)
· Initiate, coordinate, deliver, and follow up on all training activities within the hotel
· Actively establish relationships and partnerships with industry associations, external training providers, and academic institutions related to the hospitality industry
· Update and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant information
· Track attendance and post-training evaluations
· Measure the impact of training on operational performance (KPIs, feedback, quality audits, etc.)
· Prepare monthly training reports and annual training reviews
· Select and coordinate external speakers / certified training organizations
· Train and support internal trainers
· Foster a continuous learning culture on the ground
· Maintain an up-to-date training calendar to maximize learning resources and opportunities
· Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualificações
Qualifications:
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in training, facilitation, and/or Talent & Culture
· Fluent in Portuguese
· Very good command in English, verbally & written
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or Hotel Management
· Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is an asset.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications or equivalent software required
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
· Results- and service-oriented with a strong attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and perform well in high-pressure environments
· Team player and collaborator
· Self-motivated and proactive
· Well-presented
