Company Description

·  Responsible for overall supervision, planning, controlling and coordination of all activities of the assigned outlet.
·  Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
·  Monitor and supervise service flow in the assigned outlet.
·  Any matter which may affect the interests of Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach should be brought to the attention of the Management

Job Description

·  Ensure Guests are aware of all services and activities available at the pool.
·  Ensure that proper pool testing has taken place prior to Guests using the facility.
·  Makes sure the swimming pool is clean and constantly monitors swimming pool activity.
·  Explain to the guests about the services and activities available at the pool.
·  Assist in the cleanliness and the daily upkeep of the pool area.
·  Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
·  Offer technique advice and exercise alternatives
·  To regularly check the temperature of the pool to ensure they are at  set  standard.
·  Open & Close Facilities
·  Carry out basic equipment maintenance

Other Responsibilities

·  Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services/features
·  Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
·  Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
·  Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times
·  Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
·  Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management
