Job Description

The Laundry Supervisor  will oversee the daily operations of  laundry department. He/She will ensure that all linens, uniforms, and guest laundry are cleaned, maintained, and delivered efficiently while upholding the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

Qualifications

Qualification and Skills

·  Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
·  Preferred: Certifications in laundry operations, housekeeping management, or workplace safety.
·  Prior experience in a supervisory role within hotel or commercial laundry settings
·  Knowledge of laundry processes, including sorting, washing, drying, and quality control.
·  Familiarity with commercial laundry machines and maintenance procedures.
·  Understanding of cleaning chemicals and proper handling for safety compliance.
·  Ability to supervise, train, and motivate laundry staff for efficient workflow
·  Strong problem-solving and communication skills to manage operations smoothly
·  Ensuring linens, uniforms, and guest laundry meet cleanliness and presentation standards
·  Enforcing health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
