Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Integrate various learning approaches across the organization
·  Develop and deliver training seminars, online courses, and other educational materials
·  Evaluate the effectiveness of development strategies and help staff maximize learning opportunities
·  Assist department leaders in developing their team members through career paths
·  Innovate with media or technology to create an engaging learning environment.
·  Utilize a variety of training methods, including e-learning, open communication channels, and mentoring
·  Maintain strong relationships with organizational leaders to understand their training needs

Qualifications

·  Minimum 2 years experience within similar role as Learning and Development Officer
·  Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
·  Confident in speaking and writing, with the ability to present to large groups
·  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
·  Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
