Job Description

You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will make our guests and their families Feel Welcome from the moment they arrive!

What you will be doing:

·  Actively participate in the Kids Club program.
·  Ensure that all activities are performed according to resort’s program and policies.
·  Ensure the area is clean and well maintained.
·  Ensure the children’s safety during games and fun activities at all times.
·  Report any issues and any injury or accident to the Kids Club Supervisor immediately.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Maldives’ work experience is preferred.
·  Proficient in English and Russian (written and verbal).
·  Creative, patient and experienced taking care of children.
·  Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
·  Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
·  Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
