Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kids Club Attendant to join our team at our prestigious resort in Doha, Qatar. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our young guests, ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout their stay.

·  Lead and actively participate in engaging activities within the Kids Club program
·  Ensure all activities are performed according to the resort's policies and procedures
·  Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized Kids Club area
·  Supervise children during games and fun activities, prioritizing their safety at all times
·  Develop and implement age-appropriate, creative activities that cater to diverse cultural backgrounds
·  Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
·  Report any issues, injuries, or accidents to the Kids Club Supervisor immediately
·  Assist in planning and executing special events and themed activities
·  Maintain accurate attendance records and activity logs
·  Adapt to changing situations and guest needs with a positive, flexible attitude
·  Incorporate local Qatari culture and traditions into activities when appropriate

Qualifications

·  Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in an international luxury brand
·  Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous
·  Demonstrated creativity, patience, and experience in caring for children
·  Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures
·  Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
·  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
·  Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
·  First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment)
·  Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
·  Familiarity with child safety regulations in Qatar
·  Understanding of local Qatari culture and customs
·  A relevant qualification in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field is desirable
·  Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of child safety and well-being
