Key tasks

Behaves and ads in an exemplary, fashion, embodying Pullman Jakarta Indonesia brand mindset
Helps the Executive Chef in all his duties in order to meet targets for quality of service, attitude and profitability for the overall Food & Beverage departments.
Carries out and coordinates the organization, preparation, production, presentation and assures the higheststandard of Japanese culinary services. offered to guests
Helps the staff improve their skills and .provides support for career development
Responsible for food hygiene, safety and quality in section
Implements strategy to maximize revenue

Essential and optional requirements

Has minimum of 3 years of solid experience in a similar position in an international luxury hotel organization or upscale Japanese restaurant brand
Ability to speak in English is necessary Strong in organisation, leadership, communication and operations, as well as HACCP.
Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment is essential.
