Job Description

We are looking for an I ntern to join our Premium Brands team . You will report to the Brand Onboarding Director, Premium Brands ENA, and support on a variety of tasks. Our portfolio is composed of the following brands: Pullman, Mövenpick & Swissôtel. Your region of activity will be Europe & North Africa (ENA), offering a chance to extend your knowledge on different market, from franchise to managed properties.

As an Intern with us, you will have the invaluable opportunity to receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals, enhancing your skills and knowledge in your field of study. You can expect a multinational team and the opportunity to get a deeper insight into marketing, guest experience and branding, with a focus on premium products. Your position is a minimum 6 months full-time contract, based in Warsaw  with the possibility of extension and hybrid working.

What are your tasks?

·  You support the Premium Brand Marketing team in the ENA region.
·  Work on multiple markets, and collaborate with different countries in the region.
·  Cross regional project coordination: facilitate communication and coordinate tasks and activities between teams in different regions.

In addition, you will independently take on various projects, including:

·  Brand Onboarding (new hotels) and Brand Management (existing hotels).
·  Support in rolling out guest experience frameworks (brand programs), pillars, and touch points/ markers for the brands.
·  With a focus on brand standards to drive product evolution.
·  Support with preparing brand onboarding guidelines and best practices for enhancing the onboarding process.
·  Support in gathering important information from the region for ENA & Global key projects.
·  Analysis of existing brand documents and procedures with regard to accuracy and relevance.
·  Coordination of projects on a regional level.

Qualifications

·  You are enrolled at a university or comparable higher education institution.
·  Team player, you can work in an international team with a diverse range of stakeholders.
·  Understanding of the Hotel and Hospitality industry, knowledge on Accor and its brands would be an advantage.
·  Great organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
·  Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.
·  You are fluent in English, while Polish, French or German would be an advantage (not mandatory).
·  You are confident in using MS Office programs.
·  You enjoy working on a variety of topics and can multi-task.
·  Have an interest for trends and innovation.
