Job Summary

Raffles & Fairmont Doha are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Arabic-speaking intern to join our team. This role focuses on administrative support, providing essential assistance to various departments while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. 

Key Responsibilities

As an Intern, you will:

·  Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and correspondence in Arabic and English.
·  Translate documents and communications between Arabic and English as needed.
·  Support departmental meetings by preparing materials, taking minutes, and distributing summaries in Arabic and English.
·  Handle inquiries from guests and staff, ensuring all communications in Arabic are professional and accurate.
·  Coordinate schedules, appointments, and internal communications.
·  Uphold confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

·  Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic .
·  Basic proficiency in English for communication and coordination.
·  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
·  Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred:

·  Previous experience or internship in an administrative role is an advantage.
·  Familiarity with luxury service standards is a plus.
