We are on the lookout for a Full Time Sales Manage r to join our hardworking and dedicated crew.
Job Description
Reporting directly to our General Manager, the primary responsibilities of the Sales Manager include:
· Overseeing and managing the sales and marketing functions of the Hotel
· Focusing on maximising meeting and events revenue
· Responsibility for proactive sales and lead generation
· In collaboration with the Revenue Manager, developing comprehensive strategies aimed at maximising REVPAR
· Develop and execute sales and marketing plans using innovative promotional campaigns and focusing on local partnerships
· Drive new business acquisition and implement cross selling strategies
· Oversee the hotels digital presence
· Leadership of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
· Previous Sales and Marketing experience- preferably in a hotel environment
· Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people
· Entrepreneurial sprit with drive, ambition and a high level of energy
· Demonstrated business and sales acumen
· Up to date with the latest online marketing trends and best practices
· A care for your fellow team mates
· A desire to have fun at work!
