Job Description
· To audit all daily incomes that have been received by the hotel
· To verify that sales from Rooms, Sales, and F&B departments are correct.
· To verify that guest ledger balance and total of all account detail balances for each room correspond to, that system-generated guest ledger and General Ledger balance.
· To ensure that all sales voucher form are used in sequence, with any lost and voided vouchers reported according to the procedure, and to file them per section and in date order.
· To ensure the timely preparation and distribution of the daily revenue and statistics report.
· To post all transaction in the Revenue journal and to post into the Allowance journal any adjustments which may occur after those sales receipts are confirmed.
· To verify that all F&B discounted checks are fully justified, properly recorded into system and to prepare subsequent report for hotel management.
· To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.
· To take responsibility to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames.
Qualifications
·
Your experience and skills include :
· Suitably qualified in B.Com or M.com.
· Self-confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity.
· Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively.
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of Experience.
· At least 01 years of experience in similar role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication; analytical and reasoning skills; well versed with problem solving techniques.
Additional Information
experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
