· Supervise and ensure all hygiene and food safety standards are consistently met
· Conduct regular inspections of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and related F&B spaces.
· Train staff on hygiene procedures and food safety practices.
· Monitor ingredient quality, expiry dates, and sample retention.
· Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B teams to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
· Prepare hygiene reports and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
· Degree in Food Safety, F&B, Hospitality, or related fields.
· Experience in hygiene, QA, or similar roles.
· Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication and training skills.
· Ability to supervise and coordinate with multiple departments.
· Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
