Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Housing Attendant to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Housing Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining clean and well-organised accommodations.

·  Clean and tidy guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards
·  Perform daily housekeeping duties, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
·  Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
·  Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
·  Assist with laundry services as needed
·  Maintain accurate records of cleaned rooms and inventory of supplies
·  Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
·  Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications

·  Secondary school education or equivalent
·  Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred
·  Excellent cleaning and housekeeping skills
·  Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures
·  Strong time management and organisational abilities
·  Keen attention to detail
·  Outstanding customer service skills
·  Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·  Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the day
·  Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
·  First aid certification is desirable
