Job Description

·  Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and event spaces.
·  Assist housekeeping member by delivering supplies, removing trash, and helping with room setup and cleaning when required.
·  Set up and breakdown event spaces, including moving furniture, arranging equipment, and ensuring rooms are guest-ready.
·  Restock linens, towels, and other amenities for guest rooms and common areas.
·  Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
·  Ensure that housekeeping storage areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
·  Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety throughout the resort.
·  Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate departments.
·  Support other departments with tasks as needed during peak times or special events.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience as a Houseman or in a similar housekeeping or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
·  Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
·  Good physical condition, as the role requires frequent lifting, pushing, and carrying of heavy items.
·  Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
·  Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.
·  Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
·  Proficiency in Thai and basic English communications.
