The hotel boasts 369 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites offering contemporary living for the modern business and leisure traveller. Our facilities include our Ten Stories Restaurant, Arches Bar on Market, Meeting Rooms and Conferencing spaces including a heritage-listed ballroom seating up to 400 people, fully equipped fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool and award-winning Spa Centre, Spa and Sport.

We are currently seeking to recruit for a Full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

Job Description

About the role:

·  Daily rooms inspection 
·  Assists Housekeeping coordinator for allocation as required
·  Manages and communicates queue rooms to Housekeeping and Front Office teams
·  Works closely with the engineering team for room maintenance request.
·  Reviews and monitors weekly staffing
·  Assists the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Executive Housekeeper in training and induction of new staff to the department

Qualifications

About you:

·  Efficient time management skills and able to manage competing priorities
·  Excellent communication skills via phone and email 
·  Enjoy working within a diverse team and autonomously
·  Genuine driver and innovator, commitment to guest service and excellent attention to detail
·  Flexibility to work over a rotating roster including weekends and public holiday.
·  Full working right in Australia.
