Job Description

A career that lets your passion shine:

Lead and oversee daily departmental operations, ensuring adherence to service standards with a focus on friendly and engaging interactions. Conduct regular inspections of front and back-of-house areas to maintain high cleanliness standards. As needed, assist with cleaning guest rooms and public areas. Safeguard and manage cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effective linen use. Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready, addressing guest concerns promptly to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

·  Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the Luxury segment
·  Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs
·  Proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor large teams of diverse individuals
·  Prior experience working with Opera or a similar Property Management System and/or HotSOS
·  Excellent time-management, problem solving and organisational skills
