Job Description

·  Lead and supervise day-to-day floor operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest experiences
·  Coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and organisation of guest rooms and public areas, conducting regular inspections
·  Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, implementing solutions to enhance satisfaction
·  Train, mentor, and manage team members, fostering a supportive work environment
·  Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations
·  Manage inventory, implement safety protocols, and prepare daily reports on room status and team performance

Qualifications

·  Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role in hospitality; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
·  Strong organizational and leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams
·  Excellent communication skills in Thai and English; customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
·  Flexibility to work various shifts and perform physical tasks associated with the role
·  Knowledge of hotel operations, safety standards, and housekeeping best practices
