Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Housekeeping Runner to join our team at our luxurious resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Housekeeping Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housekeeping department by efficiently organising and distributing clean linen and amenities throughout the hotel premises.

·  Organise and distribute clean linen and amenities to both Rooms and Food and Beverage departments
·  Conduct quality checks on clean linen received, rejecting any that do not meet our high standards
·  Issue clean linen to outlets, banquets, and spa upon exchange of soiled linen
·  Accurately record linen transactions in allocated record books
·  Wash and press small linen items such as cocktail napkins and tray cloths in-house
·  Prepare outgoing Rooms & F&B linen for outsource laundry company
·  Deliver clean linen to Housekeeping pantries
·  Fulfil guest requests related to Housekeeping (excluding suite cleaning)
·  Assist in Rooms operations (e.g., hanging curtains, delivering air purifiers)
·  Support Laundry/Uniform Room operations when required
·  Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including laundry, linen room, and pantries
·  Adhere to Work Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures
·  Attend and contribute to colleague meetings and related activities

Qualifications

·  Primary School Education
·  Basic English communication skills (written and spoken preferred but not essential)
·  Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is advantageous
·  Excellent interpersonal skills with multi-cultural awareness
·  Ability to work effectively in a team environment
·  Strong service orientation with keen attention to detail
·  Efficient and able to work independently under pressure in a dynamic setting
·  Flexibility to embrace and respond to change effectively
·  Self-motivated with high energy levels
·  Physical fitness to manage the demands of the role
·  Basic understanding of hotel operations
·  Strong time management and organisational skills
·  Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
