Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Housekeeping Ordertaker to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Housekeeping Ordertaker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by efficiently managing housekeeping requests and coordinating with various departments.

·  Answer and process guest requests for housekeeping services in a timely and courteous manner
·  Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure prompt fulfilment of guest requests
·  Maintain accurate records of all housekeeping orders and their status
·  Liaise with other departments such as maintenance and front desk to address guest concerns
·  Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies as needed
·  Assist in scheduling room cleaning and turndown services
·  Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary
·  Ensure all interactions with guests meet the hotel's high standards of customer service
·  Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality

Qualifications

·  Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
·  Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills
·  Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
·  Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
·  Secondary school diploma or equivalent
·  Knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
·  Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
·  Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
