Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Housekeeping Order Taker to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a crucial member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for efficiently managing housekeeping requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
· Answer and process housekeeping requests from guests via phone, in-person, or through the hotel management system
· Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely fulfillment of guest requests
· Maintain accurate records of all housekeeping orders and their status
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
· Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to housekeeping services
· Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the appropriate personnel
· Assist in training new team members on order-taking procedures and guest interaction protocols
· Contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the housekeeping department
Qualifications
· Saudi nationality is required for this position
· Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
· Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles
· Proficiency in using hotel management systems and basic computer skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards in the hospitality industry
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
· Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints professionally
