Job Description

·  Ensures that guests' have a smooth running stay at the hotel
·  Manages and motivates housekeeping team in order to provide high quality services for guests
·  Ensures the department meets its quantitative and qualitative targets
·  Implements brand and Group projects and identity features 

Qualifications

·  Leadership, autonomy and strong decision making skills
·  Ability to manage relationship
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·  Excellent communication in Romanian and English
·  Experience into a similar position 

Additional Information

·  Interesting and challenging job, operation of a 118 rooms, MICE space of aprox. 450 sqm, restaurant, bar
