Job Description

Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:             

·  Ensuring excellence in room cleaning standards each time in order to enhance our guest experience.
·  Clean all assigned guest rooms including: dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies.
·  Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards.
·  Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.

Qualifications

·  Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
·  A positive can do attitude.
·  Good level of physical fitness and ability. 
·  Highly responsible & reliable.
·  Excellent communication and organizational skills.
·  Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with ease.
·  Works well under pressure and to timelines. 
·  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both individually and part of a wider team.
