Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties (but not limited to):

· 
Attend to guest and staff requests in a prompt and efficient manner

· 
Transportation and stock control of linen, towels and amenities to guest floors to ensure a smooth and seamless housekeeping operation

· 
Maintain cleanliness of hotel public areas and bathrooms 

Qualifications

About You:

· 
The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service

· 
Previous experience in a similar role or luxury hotel environment will be viewed favourably

· 
Excellent communication skills

· 
Have the capacity to work in a physical role which includes pushing, pulling and lifting up to 15 kgs

· 
Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
