Job Description

Full-Time Hotel Receptionist | £30,338 per annum + Benefits 

We’re looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE, and WELCOMING Hotel Receptionist to join our FANTASTIC TEAM at a vibrant central London hotel!

Salary : £30,338 per annum (£14.96 per hour)
Shifts : Full flexibility required – weekdays and weekends, including mornings, days and evenings
Location : Pullman London St Pancras 

What you’ll do :

·  Provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience
·  Respond promptly to guest queries and ensure their satisfaction
·  Offer recommendations on local activities, dining and entertainment
·  Identify priority guests, VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities
·  Coordinate with the Duty Manager to provide excellent guest service
·  Handle guest messages, mail, and room moves as needed

Qualifications

What we’re looking for :

·  A welcoming, professional attitude with strong communication skills
·  A knowledge of London’s activities, restaurants, and local attractions
·  Previous receptionist or customer service experience
·  Eligibility to work in the UK
