Job Description

Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park are looking for enthusiastic, friendly customer service extraordinaires with a strong knowledge of the World of Melbourne to join our Concierge team as a Porter / Concierge

About the Role! 

Reporting to the Chief Concierge, your responsibilities as a Porter / Concierge include:

·  Being the first point of contact and greeting our guests with a warm welcome every time.
·  Provide exceptional service to our guests in every interaction by anticipating their needs, responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
·  Share your knowledge and passion for Melbourne.
·  Be the "face" of our hotel showing pride with each interaction.
·  Welcome our guests and make them feel special.
·  Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests.
·  Valet parking of cars.
·  General Porter duties as required. 

Qualifications

About You! 

The ideal candidate will have: 

·  Great communication and interpersonal skills.
·  A passion for customer service and finding solutions.
·  A valid driver's license. 
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
·  Strong attention to detail.
·  Reliability and flexibility to work a rotating roster across 7 days.
