· The hotel is operated by Mogotel Hotel Group, an international hotel operator managing its own brands and partnering with global leaders such as Wyndham, Accor, and IHG Hotels & Resorts.
Job Description
Your tasks will be:
· Implement the overall sales and marketing plan for the hotel and actively monitor its progress in terms of achieving KPI’s, budgets and revenues
· Create and update action plans and financial objectives
· Identify business opportunities in Corporate, MICE and Leisure segment by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
· Develop and agree Hotel sales plans
· Proactive in sales, deal with key partners
· Supervising, developing and motivating the work of the reservation and sales team
· Ensure and take care of the Marketing materials of the hotel
Qualifications
We're looking for you if:
· You have previous experience in hotel sales director or manager (minimum of 3-5 years)
· Your English knowledge is excellent
· You have excellent negotiation, organization and communication skills
· You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset
· You are highly responsible and reliable
· You are Guest - and quality-oriented thinking
· You know OPERA system is an advantage
· You are up to date with the latest online marketing trends and best practices
