Job Description

How does your working day look like …

·  Lead and motivate a team of bartenders, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
·  Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.
·  Develop signature drinks and unique bar offerings to enhance the guest experience.
·  Stay updated on current beverage trends, new ingredients, and techniques.
·  Demonstrate exceptional mixology skills, preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
·  Ensure consistency and quality in all drinks, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
·  Maintain an extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages.
·  Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests, and ensuring their needs are met.
·  Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
·  Anticipate guest preferences and make recommendations based on their tastes.
·  Oversee the bar setup, cleanliness, and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
·  Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
·  Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
·  Coordinate with other departments, such as the kitchen and management, to ensure smooth service flow and effective communication.
·  Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events, themed nights, and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications

·  Proven experience as a Head Bartender or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
·  Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage trends.
·  Excellent leadership and team management skills.
·  Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
·  Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
·  Attention to detail and high standards for quality.
·  Familiarity with bar software and inventory management systems.
·  Knowledge of health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
