Job Description

Working in the busy communication hub of the Sofitel Melbourne On Collins, the One Touch Operator is responsible for coordinating the flow of phone calls and mail throughout the hotel.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a smile that can be heard through the phone. You will be responsible for the operations of the One touch desk through effective call management. Flexibility and general knowledge of the hotel are a must for this role. 

You make our colleagues and guests feel valued and you naturally make everybody feel welcome.

Qualifications

•Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

•The ability to remain calm in high pressure situations

•Demonstrated versatility in responding to guest requests

•Minimum 6 months’ experience in a luxury hotel environment
