Company Description

We are seeking an exceptional and professional Guest Services Agent / Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure an excellent guest experience from check-in to check-out, maintaining hotel standards, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Greet and welcome guests, manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests efficiently and courteously.

· 
Accurately handle reservations, billing, and guest accounts while maintaining confidentiality.

· 
Manage phone and email enquiries, providing professional assistance and information.

· 
Promote hotel facilities, activities, and services to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.

· 
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards, including cash handling, key control, and fire procedures.

· 
Maintain accuracy of front office systems, guest data, and internal reporting.

· 
Support department and hotel management in operational and administrative tasks.

· 
Wages NZD 28.53 per hour

Qualifications

Requirements:

· 
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a hotel, motel, or similar reception/front office role.

· 
Skills & Competencies:

· 
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· 
Proficiency with hotel management and reservations systems.

· 
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

· 
Ability to handle cash, credit transactions, and confidential information responsibly.
