Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive and friendly customer service extraordinaire to join our team as a Guest Service Agent . This role is available as a part - time opportunity.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
· Delivering a 5 - star experience for our guests at every touchpoint.
· Maintaining a proactive approach to complaint handling and be confident in resolving issues.
· Actively upselling and promoting special promotions or facilities available within the hotel.
· Managing administrative and data entry for guest relations.
· Guest Communications (including internal and external phone calls).
· Guest Services (not limited to checking in and checking out our guests).

You have the below qualifications/attributes (but not limited to):
· A positive attitude and professionalism, with a genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
· Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Strong team player with the ability to work cohesively and collaboratively.
· Proficient in computer systems, with experience in Opera Cloud.
· Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and nights.
· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to guest needs.
