Job Description

· 
Answer external phone calls and provide information to customers

· 
Ensure accurate and complete updates on the hotel's products and services

· 
Promote the hotel's products and services

· 
Support the department when requested

Qualifications

· 
Confident in English communication

· 
Good health and a strong service mindset

· 
Willing to work overtime upon department request

· 
At least 1 year of experience in a related field
