Job Description

Deliver a seamless guest experience by handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism and care.

Assist guests with local information, tour bookings, and special requests , ensuring their stay is personalized and hassle-free.

Maintain accurate guest records, uphold security procedures , and proactively promote hotel services and promotions.
Qualifications
·
Successful 6–12 months of front office or customer service experience , ideally in a hotel or lodge setting.
·
Excellent communication and time management skills , with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
·
Cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and Opera PMS knowledge are highly regarded, especially in remote or Indigenous community settings.
